I want you to know that I’ve been exactly where you are now, and I know how frustrating it can be.

It’s exhausting trying to cram as much as possible into your life, knowing that nothing is really getting your full attention.

After I had my son, I returned to my demanding full-time job, complete with a 3-hour daily commute and high expectations (both from myself and everyone in my office). I was nervous that my career would take a hit because I now had to leave “early” (you know, 5:00 p.m.) to pick my son up from daycare. So I made sure I logged in to work a few extra hours at night after everyone else was asleep to catch up.

I never had any time for myself, so my life began to feel like one big grind. I lost out on sleep. I was impatient, frantic, bossy and frustrated. I was also constantly sick, run-down and exhausted – physically, mentally, AND emotionally.

In short, I was no treat to be around.

But even worse, I felt like I was always failing at one thing or another pretty much all the time.

It didn’t take long for me to realize that the way I was living was simply unsustainable.

I had to find a solution. But all of the information out there just presented a confusing list of options that never really fit for me. I wasn’t really sure how to make the changes I knew I needed to make.



My life transformed when my son was born.  I became a completely different human being when I became a mom.  My marriage evolved.  My friendships shifted. Everything about my life was different, but I was stuck trying to “get my old life back.

It was clear that my old way of life no longer worked, but I didn’t have a blueprint for how it could be instead so I just kept trying to operate the only way I knew how… by working HARDER and FASTER.

But that wasn’t getting me anywhere.  And small, one-off band-aid time management solutions weren’t working either.  At some point, I realized that another book recommendation wasn’t going to cut it.  Little pieces of (however well-intentioned) advice from my loved ones really never really made a lasting impact.

What I really needed was a NEW OPERATING SYSTEM.

I had a yearning to re-evaluate how I was living my life on a more holistic level.  I wanted to stop focusing so much on what was no longer important to me, so I could re-integrate what really was important to me.

I wanted someone to take me by the hand, and show me how to be an effective, happy, and fulfilled WORKING MOM.  I wanted a reliable guide that would show me how to create a life that finally worked for my family and me.

I never found a guide like that out there, so I decided to create one myself.  If you can relate to my story, the Frazzled to Balanced™ Program was meant for you.



I’m not just another working mom who’s sharing her personal story of struggle and triumph, and expecting it to work for you too. We’re all different. Our stories and situations are all unique. The principles I share in this program are the result of over 15 years of professional and personal experiences. The principles I walk you through are universal, and will work for any working parent.

I earned my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Adult Development from the University of San Francisco in 2003. And then I followed that up by becoming a Certified Professional Coach through Coach Training Alliance. After that, I received my Mediation Certification through the state of Utah.

I applied my training and education by developing and teaching college-level Psychology, Communications, and Strategies for Success courses as an Adjunct Instructor. I also volunteered as a counselor for at-risk teens and women in crisis.

In addition, I spent years specializing in coaching individuals and couples in building stronger relationships, creating a healthier life balance, and navigating major life transitions.

And on top of all of that, I have 20 years of project management and consulting experience with litigators in some of the largest law firms in the world.  I understand intimately the demands of the corporate environment, especially as a working parent myself.

And now I offer resources, training programs, and other support for career-oriented moms and dads who are tired of the grind, to help them simplify their life and focus on what truly matters.

Here are some answers to common questions you may have before saying “YES PLEASE!”

I’m already crazy-busy.  How much time is this going to take?  

The program is designed so you can work at your own pace.  You’ll have instant access to the materials, so you could dive in and do it all in a couple of weeks, or you could take the “slow and steady” approach.  It all depends on your schedule.  Some lessons will take longer than others, but you’ll make steady progress in the program if you’re able to dedicate 3-5 hours a week to the material.

How long will it take to see results?  

Since this is a self-paced program, and everyone’s starting from a different point, the time it will take to see results will be different from everyone. You’ll definitely see some immediate results as you dive into the material.  Overall though, if you’re able to spend a 3-5 hours a week on the program, you’ll see a transformation in your life in about 30 days.

Who is this program NOT for?  

There are a lot of people who can benefit from the Frazzled to Balanced™ Program, but it isn’t for everyone.  If any of this describes you, you may not feel as though you’re getting as much value from this program:

Why do I need a whole program to walk me through this process?  Can’t I just do my own research and figure it out myself?
