Let's set the foundation for a great podcast!

by Sarah Argenal

Episode Summary:

Today we’ll be chatting about the show in general and what you can expect going forward so we can get to know each other a little, and so you have a foundation for what we’ll be talking about here on the Working Parent Resource podcast.

I want these shows to trigger a conversation about this issues facing working parents more than anything. I want to kick off some honest and thoughtful discussions about the topics that are relevant to all of us as working parents, which include but are definitely not limited to:

  • Time Management & Life Balance
  • Marriage & Relationships
  • Self Care & Self Development
  • Mindfulness & Presence
  • Parenting & Child Development

What You’ll Learn in this Episode:

  • The highlights of my professional background, so you can be sure what you learn here is reliable and related directly to the issues you face as a working parent.
  • A few of the main reasons I decided to start this podcast.
  • The general format of the show going forward.
  • Who this podcast is for (and who might not get much from it).
  • The kinds of topics you’ll find here (and what you WON’T find here).
